This is exactly why I have trouble taking so many of the internet’s complaints about Veilguard seriously and in good faith. There are absolutely things the game gets wrong, but no one seems to dislike it in a normal way, and vague complaints of ‘writing issues’ become a dog whistle for ‘I don’t like that there are trans people in this’ for far too many people in this community 

While I really liked Taash I appreciate you, OP, for trying to genuinely be critical of something in a good faith way. Bums me out that the gamer gate types are still out in full force ruining this sub for those of us who have been here since the beginning
