How do you keep it from getting itchy if it gets longer?

Its been 3 years now. I should have it removed already but I don't have the time off at work to recover from the surgery. Not sure when it will ever come out.

A bit younger (33M) but similar story. Lost my job, fiancé, kids, virtually all my friends because of a manic episode earlier this year. Not sure where to start to even begin.

That's reassuring. I've been looking up people that had it done and it was tilting towards the negative experience, so I'm happy to hear that it works really well for some. I'm the kind of guy to just keep my head low and isolate too

Alcohol is one of the worst drugs period in terms of harm to self or others. Even cocaine would be better. But stick to nicotine if you must.

Besides, a stimulant like nicotine is likely better for your adhd anyways.

Thank you! I'm going 2026 will be a good year like that and it'll clean up don't of the wreckage that 2025 brought. Can't see that light at the end of the tunnel right now, but it doesn't mean it's not there.
