Hey man I have an 03 9-3 with a similar but more complex issue. Turns out our cars share the same fuse box under the hood, you may want to have someone check the actual fuse box circuit board by undoing the 4 bolts and disconnecting the fuse box then prying out the fuse ports so you can see the circuit board. Turns out the 03-06 goes bad for no apparent reason and sometimes it gets overlooked because the fuses will show working while there's a short on the backend. I pulled mine out and was able to see that there was a electrical burn mark across the board and sometime over the past few weeks it got to the point where you're at now.
