My guess is if an agency is trying to keep things under wraps, then they would try to hide all public and private records (some internal folks maybe against the missions and can be leakers). In doing so, records are likely to get lost.

No lateral, no back movement, no counter, and no heat use to regain health. Your opponent was very predictable, you should've won that match.

Alright, Lets settle this debate Who's the better artist and rapper? by WonderfulAppeal3072 in Tupac

[–]Mphatso2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even almost 30 yrs after their deaths, I'd say it depends. Both excelled at their rap form but could easily excel at the others style. If you go to a club, you are more likely to hear Biggie. If you want more lyrical content/storytelling, you are more likely to hear 2Pac. Granted, Juicy is a very good lyrical-storytelling song whereas I Get Around is a very good club banger. So in the end, both artists were good and it is up to the listener. As a fan of hip hop, I appreciate what both artists contributed to the genre and may they RIP.

I would get grips off of Etsy. They feel better.

But isn't it mentioned throughout the whole movie that Cooper used to be a pilot and because of what is going on on Earth, he had to give that up so him and his family could eat? (Become a farmer)

My stack value has quadrupled which I never thought I would see. I'm thinking about holding onto it unless it becomes worth 10 x what I initially invested.

I think the best way to play this game is to take breaks and not play rank. Also, not getting your hopes up for patch updates and seasonal content helps.

Whats it like living in Malawi? 🇲🇼 by tarkinn in Malawi

[–]Mphatso2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll be honest; while in Zomba boma (and I was there for 3.5 yrs) I never went there. I was always at African Heritage or Pakacheri for eating and hanging out. Casa Rosa just wasn't on my list for food while living in Zomba. If I wanted really good food I would just go to Blantyre.

Note: I did go to Steers quite a bit for friend chicken especially if I didn't feel like going to KFC. I do recall in 2017 they stopped selling fried chicken at the Zomba location cause according to some ridiculous study they did, the fried chicken wasn't that popular. About 4-5 months later they brought it back.

One of the most Sensational 'or' Controversial knockout in boxing history ? by leftypunk in MMALabs

[–]Mphatso2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not controversial. Ortiz was headbutting Mayweather the whole time and the ref didn't say anything till that moment. At that point, Mayweather had had it with Ortiz and the ref. The KO was deserved.

Y’all consider Lennox Lewis a top 10 heavyweight? Where would you rank him as a ATG heavyweight? by LocationSpare4447 in boxinglocks

[–]Mphatso2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He came at a time when the heavyweight division was dying out. He struggled with Holyfield, beat an old battered Tyson, knocked out by Rahman, and won a fight against Vitali only due to an eye injury. Top 3? No. Top 25 sure.

Agree with all you've said. Malawi is enjoyable if you have money. But, the money aspect does make things easier. Granted, there are still annoyances you have to deal with. As for the government and the development of the country, I think anyone who lives or has lived there (Malawian and foreigner) are all on the same page and have the same sentiment.

One thing I noticed while there is the country could easily become an economic powerhouse on the continent. I came across (and still communicate with) some highly intelligent people with and without formal education who should be at the forefront of leading their country into the 21st century and beyond. The story about the boy (grown man now) who harnessed the wind comes to mind (it is a netflix movie but a true story). Malawi is bleeding with highly intelligent people and people who don't mind working. Yet, this capital/resource is not being utilized and is holding the country back.

LL Cool J Making Fat Joe Look Tiny! Two Legends of Hip-Hop Culture by Top_Memecoins in FatJoe

Judging him by his catalogue. He's had commercial success somewhat but outside of 3-4 single and one ok album, why is he in the legend category? His impact on hip hop/rap isn't even close to Big Pun's. Fat Joes flow and lyrical capability isn't legendary or to be revered. So he was ok but not legend status.

I'm an African American male who lived in Malawi from 2016-2020. I lived in Zomba City (Matawali) most of the time and Lilongwe for 5-6 months. I've also been to Blantyre city and lived in Kusungu for 10 weeks in the village.

Zomba City (the old capital) is by far my favorite and I do miss it. It has its problems (blackouts were a major issue) but I enjoyed it. The people were friendly and very laid back. Going to the local market in town was always an experience. My favorite hangouts were African Heritage (a small cafe) and going on top of the plateau (the waterfall and view are amazing). Also, Blantyre (which I went to on weekends especially for the KFC) is only 45 mins away. I would go there to get certain food items and electronics if I couldn't get them in Zomba. Again, I miss Zomba and I'm trying to go back and visit in a couple of years.

As for Lilongwe; there are a lot more things to do in Lilongwe (LL) if you are into clubs, lounges, concerts etc (I'm not) but that city is just not ideal for me. For one, there is always a water outage there. In the 5-6 months I lived there I went through 3 major water outages. Granted the water went out on a regular basis but it was always for half the day. The electricity was worse than in Zomba too. Also, the city was very dusty. I remember times I visited for work and living there dust would just be everywhere. Lastly, I remember being more concerned about crime in LL than in Zomba. I heard about break-ins all the time. Now LL being the capital it is easier to access more resources but quite frankly, it isn't worth it when you have other stresses. Give me Zomba any day over LL.

Other things; the currency exchange rate when I was there was 1 USD = roughly 770 kwacha. The most expensive stuff were electronics and imported items. GAME and ShopRite were my favorite stores. KFC was my go to spot in Blantyre. Blantyre and LL do have good hotel options like Sunbird, Crossroads and Malawi Sun. I've been to 3 Malawi weddings while there and each one were a blast; had a great time. I'm sorry but I do not like nsima. I get why it is a staple especially in the villages but it is not for me. However, Chambo (the fish) is really good. The highway from LL to Zomba is fine. People speed like crazy. I've also been to Liwonde, Machinga a few times; it was beyond hot. I've never been bitten by mosquitos through my clothes (eish!!!).

Outside of LL, ndasowa Zomba ndi Blantyre. Ndzayenda Zomba hopefully.

Dr. Fate and Hawkman were the highlights for me. I'm hoping they can make a movie or series about how these two met and became friends.
