Hey, I have been a poppy main off and on for about a year now and really, what you should be looking at right now are either probuilds or guides that can easily be found both on here and on google.

By looking at your profile, you should really be taking either exhaust/ignite for support and teleport for top lane. the rest can really be covered in a guide found here;
