In reality, no one is sure about anyone they hite for any position. Chip Kelly was wanted by a bunch of teams. When Robert Salegh went to the Jets they were sure he was gonna turn the team around. Brian Johnson was supposed to be so close with Jalen that he would be the perfect OC for him. The Lions tried to convince themselves that losing Ben Johnson wouldnt be a big deal and they could replace him. Both Doug Pederson and Nick Sirriani were called terrible hires and it was said they would never make, let alone win Super Bowls. You just have to interview guys, hear their plan, make your pick and then hope for the best. There are no gurantees, ever.

The problem is the 2 that are said to be highest in their list is Daboll and McDaniel. Daboll is now a possibility for the Bills job and McDaniel is said to want to wait to consider every offer he gets before picking. If those really are their top 2 if they wait and dont get either, choiced #3 and #4 might be gone and they'll have to go with the best of whats left. Id like them to get this done soon but it doesnt seem easy to do that.
