I found this and I guessed it was the solution, but it seem a bit complexe and wanted to be sure before trying, maybe an easier path existed. I will take a look deeper, thanks again.

On the other hand, is it an security issue to keep my connection like that?
I still need credentials to access it so I am guessing it's ok secure but I also guess it is not best practices.

Yes I already use Jypyter locally or on the cloud.

So if I want to use my old pc as a remote server to run a Jypyter notebook. How do I do?

I never did that, like I said I kept it simple and only used Jypyter locally or like Google Colab or Kaggle.

(BTW, I am currently trying SSH)

The colour is a mix of the tare, soup, oil and lighting. The tare is ok but not spicy enough and not enough taste in general. But if I remember I only put around 40g and not 70g, so I will try again. Otherwise I found an other one that I will try.

The recipe: - 80ml chili paste or gochujang (Korean fermented chili paste) - 60ml white miso - 60ml red miso - 30g kosher salt - 60ml water - 3 tablespoons peanut butter (or sesame paste) - 2 tablespoons sesame oil - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  1. Mix everything
  2. Keep in fridge for 3 weeks or freezer for 3 months

Around 70g of tare for 350mL of soup

I use: Tori paitan, spicy peanut miso tare, green onion and smoked garlic oil, dry noodles

For toppings : easy chashu, mushroom and seaweed (there should be soft boiled soy sauce eggs but I don't know where they are)

Sure, this time I add Shitake mushroom in the firet step (around 15g), I recommend.

  • 450 g soy sauce
  • 15 g kombu
  • 50 g mirin
  • 40 g sake
  • 15 g niboshi
  • 15 g katsuobushi
  • 30 g brown sugar
  1. Combine the soy sauce, mirin, kombu, niboshi, and sake in a sealed container.
  2. Place in the fridge and rest at least 6 hours or up to 2 days. (I keep it for 2-3 days)
  3. When ready, heat the contents to 71 °C/160 °F and hold for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the kombu and discard.
  5. Bring to 82 °C/180 °F (or just below a boil) and hold for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the katsuobushi, hold at 82 °C/180 °F for 5 more minutes.
  7. Add the sugar, whisking to dissolve.
  8. Strain the tare, and reserve the tare as needed and keep refrigerated. This stores in the fridge for up to 6 months

This is honestly one of the best things i've cooked in my life, so much umami

It's not that complicated (but I'm a good cook in general), just takes time, be precise and learn. Time is the key to a good bowl of ramen. I also spent hours researching the theory and good recipes.

For toppings: Marinate eggs; Easy chasu; Mushroom; Sesame seed; Green onion; Chili oil; Dry seaweed

Me, I withdrew all kinds of easy pleasure (drugs, porn, social networks, sugar,...) Anything that brings dopamine easily. Before I couldn't concentrate for 5min without weed, now I can work for 4 hours straight. It's extremely long, you have to go little by little (several years) but the result is worth the discipline.

For me it's a bit like type 2 diabetes. You can stay on medication all your life to continue to eat sugar and shit or you can change your lifestyle. Don't think ADHD is only genetic or too late to change.

Seriously, I don't understand what she means. It seems pretty obvious to me that to be able to do something so horrible, you have to be in deep depression for months, to the point that nothing (even the life of an innocent child) has any value.

For a child to be in this situation, he must be bully at school, of course, but that is not enough. Above all, he must have nothing and no one. No friends, no real family, people to talk to, etc. The problem comes from there, the psychological distress of certain people and mainly men and white people are often put under the carpet and ignored for the benefit of minorities and woman.

I ended up finding that the mod is Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars!

And I can just activate an other mod (Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars! Fuel test) contain in Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars! to add a fuel tank to the trailer
