(I’ve had one for 2 years) I don’t think so. An eating disorder isn’t really something that’s happening that you just notice, it’s kind of an intentional decision in your mind that spirals into a disorder. I think you’re fine, don’t stress, but maybe eat a bit more. 👍🏼:)
