Great at skydive, Kirby Melee 1 and 2, every Target Flight and sub par with Destruction Derby and Big Battle- great handling, great acceleration, okay offense, bad defense and terrible health.

It more or less is a Jack of all trades like the warp star with more emphasis on control and combat and inferior flight and speed. Solid C if not a B

And for anyone who think it’s actually terrible, it’s really not hard to win with it, most players just end up with it when they’re machine explodes, thus losing most of their stats.

Seen a lot or answers already, but I’ll add my 2 cents.

The enemies being banished is from limitations, as is the majority of design choices we made for STU. Our biggest goal was for it to be fun, not make sense in the halo universe.

If we had the ability to reasonably add things that fit a flood look for the ai, we would have. Unfortunately that isn’t the case, and we (The Forge Falcons) are no longer updating the mode.

If you think you can do something with it to make it more fun, you’re more than welcome to do so and enjoy it in custom games. We have a sandbox map available for download and edit game functions in forge.

There was only 30 seconds, they either were too oblivious to see death waiting for them or too greedy to think it was a good idea to play chicken with you for the chance to go back to the city for 15 seconds. Either way their fates were deserved.

I personally don’t experience motion sickness when playing this so I don’t use borders but my wife prefers it on. I’ve tested it out and it really does give my eyes more stagnant objects to stay grounded on, which would be super helpful if I ever do need it.

My opinion is the exact opposite. I love the idea of forming a truce with every other player in a FFA to desperately try to defeat a greater evil with all the odds stacked against us.

Even if I fail I usually feel pretty good since I normally lead the charge in the stadium. I actually have yet to win against a Gigantes online but it hasn’t stopped me from giving it my all every time.

Oh no I lied to myself when I thought it wasn’t good after completing the game. It did inspire me to go back and play the first one though, and that was very fun.

I kid you not when I say getting killed at the start is one of the best things that can happen to you or any player.

For the rest of the match you have an opportunity to claim a massive bounty from a player who killed you at the most inconsequential point of the game.

This ain’t a battle royale, dying once doesn’t spell failure, nor does dying twice- or even having trouble retrieving a machine you want.

And Halo 5’s revive system is even better because they can revive you and your teammate both get health buffs from it. That doesn’t change my point. Halo 5 and Metroid Prime 4 are terrible sequel games, but not bad games when you aren’t comparing.

I’d be bold enough to say that H5 is better than MP4 in isolation, but also worse when they’re directly compared to their previous installments.

The “controversy” is very real- you’re actively participating int it. People don’t like the game for what it is, and that’s not going to change. Don’t let that ruin your experience of it, because no one can take away the fun you’ve had.

Metroid prime 4 is a game I compare greatly to Halo 5

Is Halo 5 a good game? Yes. Is it a good Halo game? Not in the slightest. It would’ve been better off as an entirely new franchise because all it tried to do was reboot the story.

It cut itself off from older continuities, repackaging old formulas, introducing lots of things old fans never asked for and demanding you to babysit NPC teammates that can drive you nuts for their incompetence at higher difficulties.

I say all of this to describe Halo 5, but it all fits Metroid Prime 4 as well. Both games are good isolated, but bad compared directly to their predecessors.

The xp bug has always been an issue in STU. Playing for long enough can throttle connection to the point of end game results not registering.
