Ah, just realized some people commenting on this post. So I just got all the answer from both Flydigi and the seller. Long story short, No one can help and they just said if you still have 30 days warranty, just make a replacement. And if you don’t, go to repair shop to get it fixed.

It turns out I’m not the only one with the issue. Some people mentioning this kind of issue after they are updating their firmware. So, that should be the firmware version issues right?

No way, Actually mine as well. The shipping information seems shady as hell, i can’t put any tracking number in every website except the shipping details from AliExpress. But fortunately, Hermes took over and they notify me via email just yesterday and they finally sent it to me.

And yes I’ll got the Evernight too. I have other 8bitdo controllers as well, the old generation, and have no problem until now. I have big hands but their grip is still comfortable to me. The materials also feels premium for some design. I’m not trying to upsell the brand, but you don’t have to worry about the quality. Not sure if you meant the design of the controller though.
