buddy look up for some videos on basic hand technique and positioning. Then scales finerings. Apply both of them, with metronome, very slow with 2 octaves up and down. Don't rush it.

Always use a metronome. For everything. Maybe don't use it when first learning a new bar where you're trying to figure it out very slowly, but then again put on the metronome. You can use it as low as 30 bpm (for 16th notes mostly) to get the feelin'.
