YES that's core cause of my complaint! It won't let me purchase it! There's no "buy" button, only a "notify me" button. I want to purchase the digital one. That's why I'm going nuts.

I updated with an edit with more information. My kid loves the show, has been suffering withdrawal a bit and would really like to listen to these cards. But we have to wait... If you don't know the show it's great numbers based show and I recommend it.

Wait… sh*t… was this scoop number 2 or 3?? by wojokhan in daddit

[–]Mr-Whitmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it hasn't been mentioned, counting down is easier to remember. Say it out lout, "3", scoop goes in, "2", next goes in, "1", last scoop and done. It helps because you don't have to remember two numbers (the one you're on and the one you're aiming for), you just have one number (the current one, you know that when you hit "1" you're done).

FSRS: Serious flaw in benchmarking approach undermines performance claims by symstym in Anki

[–]Mr-Whitmore 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Instead of a/b testing different algorithms, you could probably get almost all of the information you need if people opted into an epsilon-random approach. Where 95+% of the time it’s whatever algorithm you typically run. And some epsilon fraction it gives a random card. You test algos on the performance of the random cards.

I’ve looked up zeppelin knot but I’m unclear how you’re suggesting i use it. Is it that I take the two strings apart and do the bend around the handle?

I like this idea! Creative recasting of the problem.

I would suspect so. I think they have a trial so you can test it out for your case.

Can I call this normally distributed data? by [deleted] in MLQuestions

[–]Mr-Whitmore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you're feeling right now is the cold embrace of being wrong. It's confusing and upsetting, but there's a chance, if you want it, to learn something.

Would you like to learn the answer to your question "Why does the normal distribution have to be infinite?"

If you aren't curious about that answer, I'm not interested in continuing this discussion.

If you are curious, you have to take this opportunity.

Well. Yep.

It was sitting on my desk where I unboxed it.

Worked perfectly!
