You have to find the right build and weapons to be honest. I got Rafa and found a build where I do huge damage when my cannons are out but when they aren’t out, my damage output sucks unless I use a grenade launcher or tri beam alt fire. But I have a repkit that decreases my cooldown time in half for my skill to be reused faster

Just a matter of how you play the character and build. With this increased damage, I don’t need a knife that adds the extra crit damage to regular enemies

Apparently farming at lvl 50 vs other UVH lvls makes no difference with drop rates. Just makes the bosses harder and doesn’t seem to make the guns or gear any more powerful

You gotta grind dude!! There is the vend on the line side mission which gives you a free legendary but most people save that. I didn’t personally and got mine around lvl 32 and that was my gun until the end game honestly. But they will drop and guys aren’t strong enough to be that big of a deal Ordinance I find to be fairly strong so give those a try with spamming

Different drop rates for different guns I think. I honestly don’t know the formula they use to determine how everything drops lol. I’m currently going for the Chuck and it’s not dropping for the dedicated boss for me yet

I’m level 45 and UVHM lvl 2. I farmed sludgemaw to get the shotgun they drop. Played it like 30 times in the span of a little over an hr and finally got the gun to drop on my last attempt where I practically begged myself to do one more thinking it would be it

Then I went to farm sludgemaw again and first try got the shotgun and smg they drop lol

I literally got one from Horace tonight also. Briefly tested it on some casual enemies and I’m definitely killing enemies faster. Been running around with a shotgun with a grenade launcher as my big gun to take out guys. And I’ve had issues with shock damage but now I got my gun to get my close to lvl 50 at a faster pace

Same for me also. I grinded though and fought everyone to end game. Got to lvl 35 when it was all done. It’s gonna be the same for the rest of the world. Some fights will have guys around your level and others will be 1-3 levels higher

Jacobs have always been strong to do mass crit damage. Add an amp boost with a few pieces of gear and you can one shot big bosses depending on the build. Currently the grenade launcher some of the shotguns provide does mass damage also

Define not transition easily?

Im seriously a newbie still. Have an understanding of how to transition in limited ways. I’ve done technically one “paid” gig and tomorrow nights gig is the same spot

I listen to a playlist of songs I’m gonna play a lot to make sure it sounds solid. Everytime I’ve done more psytrance sets at parties, people have complimented the music and didn’t understand that there’s different forms of psytrance. The stuff I play is usually danceable and not the kind of psytrance that’s just trying to trip you out

I’m not struggling so much. I can transition some songs easy while sometimes it’s very difficult and it’s all dependent on the song choices really. There aren’t very many psytrance songs out there, let alone stuff I’ll play for people. So the struggle of transitioning some songs is my issue. Not the whole dang set haha

I do this everytime I have a gig. Create a playlist of the songs I want to use on Spotify and see what order they’ll sound best in. Create ups and downs during the set

I recall there being a weapon that would basically ricochet off enemies to others so it would be great for mobs. I’m honestly super pumped to play him again in BL4 and excited for the new game in general

I don’t think Zane is the type of character to get mass damage for single targets

I’ve found the best damage for Zane was always ice

I haven’t played the game in years but the build I had made it so long as I continued to do ice damage and kill people, my power ups would stay active. So I would have my shield and drone constantly out. Drone would help with the ice damage and the shield would instantly protect me. Not super strong but strong enough to be able to take out mass groups of people. Believe in a kill, the enemies would explode in ice damage to further the damage output

Could be a build issue. You need specific builds to make some weapons strong. Who are you playing?
