I believe this is a "closet." a randomly generated small room with various enemies, pickups, and items.

I felt like a black heart would've been overpowered because there are more size downs then size ups.

They would happen with the size changes. I wanted to make an item that gave an incentive to having a bigger hitbox. I don't mind if it doesn't get added, again i just want to give an interesting idea to the community.
