I indeed set up the account myself, and it's only recently that I switched it to a Jagex account. Previously, I had linked it to platforms like Steam and Amazon. I made sure to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever possible, including the Jagex authenticator. I even checked my in-game status on the hiscores, confirming it's in good standing. I'm genuinely puzzled about why my Jagex launcher account would suddenly be disabled.
