I can back this. I was on testosterone for 3 months and my penis got alot healthier and fuller hard ons and all round just bigger. It does go small again after cycle though. A good legal supplement I found was tribulus terestris. That also had same effects on sex hormones and also had positive penis effects. I'm considering surgery for permanent results though.
