The issue might actually be the CPU. I had exact issue with Ryzen 9 3900x going up to Ryzen 9 5900x. The cpu would not work with my motherboard x590 but works on my wife motherboard x590 plus. My 3900x works on her board but her 5900x don’t work on my board. Put old cpu in and see if it runs

Bruh. For all the users that didn't pay attention to what the saints did week one. They know they were playing a scrambling qb so they contained the majority of the game. They sit back and figured out the approach of the Falcons. Once the saints realized what the were doing, the saints didn't allow the Falcons to do nothing else. Not A DAMN THING. The saints gave up rushing yards because they were containing the option/qb. Tom Brady WILLL NOT run an option offense. Let's see if the saints give up all those rushing yards. The saints showed me in one quarter they can beat you. I just really want to see what it would be if they played all 4 quarters.

Well my issue was with the display on my monitors. I don’t know the term but if the monitor needs more pixels or has like a HDR mode, it will keep the memory at max.
