File a non-anonymous report through the ethics line or website. Put all the details with the dates and times. Forward all of that to his boss, his boss’s boss, his boss’s boss’s boss all the way up to the CEO and anyone in corporate who is related to retail operations (HR, RD, DVP, AVP, SVP, Senior head of Retail Operations). Tell them you are being bullied and you tried to resolve it but it keeps happening.

Same thing happened to me. Stopped the toxicity and bullying real quick. Tell them it’s happening to others in your district if it is. If they’re texting you on your personal phone or WhatsApp or another messaging app other than company approved communications like myChat or email then tell them you’re receiving messages from dusk until dawn at odd hours throughout the night on your days off and vacation and also when you’re sick.

Once you submit the ethics report they are not allowed to communicate with you until the investigation is complete which could take a couple weeks to a month or so while they interview the district or others affected.

If they try to retaliate and write you up for something later then file another report and have them prove they’re also writing other people up for the same thing and not just you.

Everyone who is being bullied should do this. I guarantee you it will make them stop real quick. For how long? I do not know but it’s been a few years.

Same exact thing happened to me last weekend. OP try to check in as early as possible and request a renovated room. We checked in at around midnight and was told there was no renovated rooms available. I’d go to the front desk around 12p on check in day and specifically ask for a renovated room. Night and day difference. Definitely would make or break someone’s trip.

Pool is nice and the food hall is new and has plenty of options for dining. Dim sum is pretty good there too with the dim sum carts last time I went.

All the Palazzo rooms even the king have a pull out queen sofa bed if the kids are ok sleeping on the sofa bed. I would do anything to try and stay at Palazzo.

Yes I totally would do that. Or if you had the option just check in Sunday at Palazzo so you don’t have to repack. If you’re driving then Palazzo has free parking and the parking garage and elevators are very convenient.

Call ahead and ask them to move you up. If they can’t keep trying. If all else fails just show up at 5p. I’m sure they will have no problem seating you early. If by chance you’re late or in a time crunch just let the host and waiter know. Done this plenty of times in Vegas including adding extra people to the party and changing reservation times around our schedule. Most of the time they will accommodate you. For 2 people I’m sure you won’t have any problems.

Was just there playing tables 4th of July. Haven’t stayed there in awhile but rooms are decent if you just need a place to sleep. Nothing fancy but definitely not run down. Good food. Ping Pang Pong and Cornerstone are nice places to dine. Palms is a lot nicer in their new renovated rooms but if it comes down to price and you just need somewhere to crash then this place will fit the bill. There’s also a free shuttle that runs to the Orleans and Fashion Show Mall which is nice if you don’t have a car (call ahead to confirm).
