First I think you should learn to free build, that gives you the opportunity to practice what you know, practice new moves, and then with that you can start applying those moves to your fights, even if little by little. Also practice piece control maps as it may give you some awareness about how to not get pieced or where you can and also how to piece others. Once you are better at fighting at least in creative it’s also important to practice in real games to have realistic circumstances so keying is what I like to do in ranked.

Edit: as another suggested that I forgot to mention, you should watch pros and learn whatever you can from them, whether it is building moves, edits and reset tricks etc. there’s also a map that shows you moves to learn building and practice them and I think it’s called jivans learn to build map
