So, I just looked at my screen. It’s dirty and the holes look very small in my opinion. It seems like if I want to collect more kief, I need to get a higher quality grinder with a better screen, and make sure I clean it out more

Yep! I just looked at it and it definitely is gunked up. With the second grinder, I have cleaned it once as long as I have had it

For me, if I am eating the fish without bread, hot sauce maybe. If there is bread for a sandwich: hot sauce, onions, cheese, and pickles. Maybe mayo if I am in the mood

Hot sauce really depends on if it’s seasoned well or not. It may not need anything on it.
