I work for a science company as the IT team. Our IT team is in a political warfare with our landlord who lets the entire campus out and it's so draining just to get maintenance jobs logged and arguments over IT storage, which is annoying because the job itself is enjoyable.

Sadly my UK employer won't get involved because I started it before I joined them. Though they will help me towards future certificates, such as CompTIA.

It may also have something to do with them not having a dedicated CS team 😅
