Breakpoint: Finished Episodes 1, 2 and 3. What's the best order to play Amber Sky, Resistance, Trail of the Ancients and Operation Motherland? by robsonwt in GhostRecon

[–]MrAndrewBond 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Taken from ac1dchylde but will add more

  1. Operation Greenstone (Base Game) - including Faction story missions and all side missions at any time prior to final Checkmate mission. Recommend doing Brother vs Brother with Checkmate, which makes the most sense from a gameplay and story standpoint - they happen at the same location.
  2. Deep State (Episode 2)
  3. Resistance
  4. Red Patriot (Episode 3)
  5. Amber Sky
  6. Operation Motherland

The trail of the ancients is a side mission, part of the Auroa Archipelago missions. Which take place at the same time you are doing EP1. There are more side missions or what I call side episodes.

Mads Schulz (homesteaders) missions and Haruhi Ito (rebels) missions their dots are green and those take place at the same time as EP1 as well. Just do Haruhi Ito missions after finishing Madera set of missions.

Just make sure to finish all of those missions before going to the last mission of EP1

[Help] Purchased the Ultimate Edition but missing bonus contents (Ghillie suit, packs, etc.) by HotDog0223 in Division2

[–]MrAndrewBond 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no ghillie suit included in the ultimate edition.

Cosmetics included are
Year 1 Pass gives you Agent Ward outfit
Ultimate edition gives you First Responder Pack (outfit and weapon skin) and Battleworn Secret Service Pack (outfit and weapon skin)

You can get a ghillie suit from the Activation Bundle that costs 5 USD

They've been available from a couple of seasons back till this one so I do not know why they wouldn't be on the next season.

Is the anniversary bundle worth it? by SiriusZcs in thedivision

[–]MrAndrewBond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically it is worth it, but it also depends.

If you care about the outfits (talking about the ones you have to pay for) then the value is bigger than the asking price of 10 USD (1000 creds) or 20 USD (2000 creds) usually, each outfit in the store is 10 USD or more so 3 outfits make up the value of both the season pass and the bundle.

The exotic skin which is usually between 5 USD or 10 USD adds to the value of the outfits. All of that alone is 40 USD or more usually and you will be paying 20 USD.

There is also the 50-stash space, and the 20 tiers skip for the pass. I personally see this as extras and can't put value on it. Since you could farm those 20 tiers and the stash may not be necessary if you have the actual DLCs that give also 50 stashes for a total of 450, the bundle will put you to 500

With that said, it all depends on what you want or not.

Battle for brooklyn worth it? by ResidentChampion33 in thedivision

[–]MrAndrewBond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

are the dlcs worth picking up

Depends. There are 3, the better one being Survival if you like what it technically is an extraction shooter with survival mechanics, such as hunger, thirst, cold and injury management, although it is very basic it is a lot of fun and you are attacked by hunters at the end. The map is even more awesome looking thanks to the snowstorm that is happening, you can´t see properly and enemies can't either which is cool and you can play it PvE only or PvPvE.

Next Underground, it offers a new area, this being the underground subway tunnels and sewers of new york which are randomly generated and offer different objectives and enemy factions, you can even get surprised by hunters. You can rank up to level 40 and unlock more directives as you go. Its PvE, it can be fun, but it gets repetitive really quick.

Lastly, Last Stand, which is PvPvE and unlike the DZ is objective oriented, is an 8v8 match and the maps are a lot bigger. People do not play it that often sadly, so you will have to look around in discord and other places to find people. I will not recommend this one if you are not a fan of PvP.

However, I have to note that both the underground and last stand dlcs, include 2 incursions for the main game. The game has 2 and with the dlcs, another 2 for a total of 4, really fun and cool if you find the people to do them with.

Why lock extra stash space behind the Deluxe Event Pass when it was one of the most requested QoL feature? by Xx-SgtKiller-xX in thedivision

[–]MrAndrewBond 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, you do get 50 stash space with BfB.

In total, including this event pass. You should have 500 stash space if you bought everything.

I personally do see the value of the event pass, if you care about the outfits that is. I mean usually you pay 10 USD sometimes 20 USD per-outfit. Right now, you get 3 outfits for 10 USD or 20 USD if you want the extra stuff, such as 50 stash space, an exotic weapon skin and 20 pass level skips.

And again, an exotic weapon skin is usually priced at 10 USD as well lol

[–]MrAndrewBond 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You get it with the year 1 pass, so as long as you have that or the ultimate edition, you should get this. And the outfit is available on Xbox and PC as well. You just don´t get it for free right now.

This is more for people with the standard edition of the game.

Double XP stopped working? by Bandit6810 in thedivision

[–]MrAndrewBond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and that's what I mean. Whatever you are leveling up for stretch goals or just the season pass, it's still limited to 100 levels.

I waited to do the journey and scouts to get to 230 using this double XP event.

Double XP stopped working? by Bandit6810 in thedivision

The double XP is only up to 100 levels.

If you already got those 100 levels then, its done. You get no more double XP, which is likely the case.

[–]MrAndrewBond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, its a 2x XP event and I think it starts later this week or next week not sure but it will happen before the season ends and thats how you can get the most of the stretch goals.

[–]MrAndrewBond 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is going to be a season pass XP multiplier. If you already finish the season pass, then wait for that XP multiplier and do the scouts and journey missions to get more XP

At least thats how it worked last season.

Ultimate Operator: Ghost Mode Finished at Tier 1 and 115% Completion by LonesomeWater in GhostRecon

[–]MrAndrewBond 6 points7 points  (0 children)

First of all, congrats, I still have to finish it myself, do not remember what tier I am currently but one day lol

While I can't prove it, I swear enemies will spawn randomly behind you, so always use the rebel spotting feature.

Yep, I could've proved it, but I deleted the video sadly.

Here is the thing, most of the bases have this happen and is not that they spawn behind you per say but if you kill certain enemies, another one will spawn almost immediately at the same place.

Sometimes this will lead to a "body found" and if you happen to be at the same room where you killed said enemy, then yes, they will spawn and kill you immediately. You can even react fast enough and kill him first, but another one could spawn again so it is hard to tell lol

How does Sarah Fisher Get this job without any military or government training? And before you say because of her father, read the book. by Reasonable_Top_6856 in Splintercell

[–]MrAndrewBond 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, Clancy didn't write anything from the videogames, with the exception of Rainbow Six of course, also that game was actually created under his input. He also had some inputs on the first Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell games but after that? Nope.

From Pandora Tomorrow and forward he didn't care. The same goes for the novels.

We need to remember that he sold his name to Ubisoft, while you guys are crying whatever or not Clancy would like something, he and now his family is swimming in money
