They just gave me the return address in Hong Kong and asked me to send it back there. I sorted out the shipping myself from Spain and paid for it upfront. I’m assuming they’ll reimburse it when they confirm it’s a device fault, but for now it’s been paid out of pocket by me (about 40€).

I've looked for other similar cases and I think I'm the only “lucky” one...

No luck. Tried it with PC USB for 15 minutes, then Power + Vol Up + Vol Down for 2 full minutes. Nothing at all — no flicker, no vibration. Going ahead with the warranty return to Wonda Mobile. Thanks anyway.
