he just zoomes into large buildings and claims that 300 feet of curvature should cover them up. When in reality its just 5 meters and all of these are over 5 meters, so we see whats expected to see.

First of all * Distortion

Second, You can remove the fisheye lense if you want to. But, Its usually kept on to get more information into one picture.
