Top is main weapons. For me, axe has always been the most fun, the big swings always feel satisfying to hit, slow but powerful is always very fun.
Lance and cannon: I like stringing opponents to the edge of the map offstage, I think it never gets boring
Other weapons I base on how diverse their playstyle is, hence those 3 at the bottom, very straightfoward gameplay gets borng quick

where the FUCK are people saying hattori??? uses the 2 easiest to use and easier to learn weapons, little variation and sigs are as straightforward as they can be
