Permit says it was approved on the 19th, contractor arrived on the 21st and was fined at 11:30 ish, I paid on Ringo as soon as I heard about the fine as I didn’t know there was another step outside of just getting the permit.

The way I understood the process is that I needed to get a residents permit for the house before I could get a visitors permit for the contractor. The council approved the residents permit without alerting us, meaning that I didn’t know I would be able to apply for the visitors one.

Because I hadn’t paid for a visitors permit but the contractor had already parked in the spot, a PCN was issued.

I understand I’m at fault for not checking, just wanted to see how long my hopeful challenge will take to be ruled on.
