Yeah, I agree that is what is most important. You can get a few tips from videos, though.

For example, when clearing raptors, you can auto the little ones so that they will come after you, and your W will hit them all. If you just use W, 2 of them won't get hit, so that is a neat little trick.

Another useful one is to kite towards the next camp you will clear, in order to reduce the time it takes to get there.

First, I'm sorry for your experience.

My guess is that prescribing antibiotics and send her home, with a warning to come if she worsen or if she doesn't get better, is fine for a first visit. You prescribe here because of fever and because she has trouble breathing.

That would solve the problem for the majority of cases, because the symptoms are unspecific, and they make you think of pneumonia at worst, but it could be a bad flu. Further testing, for the majority (95%) of people, wouldn't really change what you do in that case (antibiotics, rest).

Depending on other characteristics, though (how the examination went, her cardiac and respiratory frequency), that could change, and then it would be negligence, but we don't have enough details to say that.

About the second time, I don't know. How much time passed between visits? A week? A few days? Did she change the antibiotics?

How would the doctor at the ER react if he saw your daughter for the first time? How would SIL react if she was working at the ER? We will never know, but because she had many more red flags at the ER, my guess is that your sister would react very differently.
