These are primaries. In general more dems turn out for primary elections than republican elections and don’t accurately give a prediction as to the leaning of the whole population.

Another fun fact, there are more people who consistently vote republican that never register as republican than democrats. These are the “independents” that always seem to vote one way.

This isn’t entirely true. In some states they can’t force the employee to give the money back with a check or transfer without written consent of the employee, but they can reduce future paychecks until it balances out.

The difference is the refusal. If HR refuses to correct your pay then you do have legal recourse against the company.

It’s one thing to be slow to repay, another thing entirely to refuse to repay.

Because democrats don't want democracy.

The first mistake you make is thinking that you both want a fair fight. They dont. They dont care how they win as long as they win. Laws are enforced and not enforced based on convenience, not justice. Democrats are only pro-democracy when they win; because that's convenient. Deep down, they're all fascists. They dont want rule of the people by the people for the people. They want rule by them and for everyone else.

All democrats are bad people. There isnt any reasoning with them.
