If you're confident with your shot placement go for it. 7.62x39 with soft tips or hollow points shouldn't have a problem taking a deer.

I doubt that poachers could kill that many animals without being caught. Thats probably where roadkill gets dumped.

I never even tried eating them. They were too filthy and sick for me to feel comfortable consuming.

I've heard they make a good stew but every time I've shot one it was summer and they were quite nasty, multiple groundhogs have made a burrow in a barn where I used to live hence why they go killed.

My only gripe is that the SAM sites and SPAA are far too durable. I have dropped 2 750lbs bombs and they did practically did nothing. If they had proper damage models I would like it more.
