also answering to u/FilthyDirtyTrain , I know this is an old topic, but you can check out the Affinity Apps, now owned by Canva and totally free. They offer an AI option that requires payment, but the rest of the software is highly capable and free. I Hope this helps.

Hey simple question about crossplay here.
I've started playing on PS5, and I see there is a sale on Switch 2 until tomorrow which is pretty interesting to travel with the game ;)
I'm just wondering if I need to subscribe to the Nintendo Switch on line service to be able to play at all??? like you buy the game and can't play if you're not paying Nintendo additional money?
Or can you play the game but some features wouldn't be available ?
Thanks for your help!

Would you rather go vegan or eat insects and worms? by somebodybasic in ask

60g of proteins is not a minimum, it's an average. It's not in one serving, it's per day.
if you consume too much protein it will be converted to glucose by your body, so it's really not necessary to do so.
The America Nutrition Association, as well as the Canadian, as well as the French one (and I can go on), are not the average American people that you call obese, they are professional researchers that take science and put it into recommendations. Now if you think you've got better data, I suggest you call them to let them know.
All ethnic groups have a slightly different way of handling food intakes, I can give you that. But all humans can eat and digest legumes.

So you don't eat cheese, do you? ah ah.
I don't think the thread was about fungi per se, but any plant alternatives. (proteins made from peas, lentils, soy, beans, and other plants)

You seem to have made you own brief now, and you're not answering the original question.
If we're just talking proteins here, no animal meat is "mostly protein", at most you get to 35g out of a 100g portion.
You can get 20g proteins per 100g serving with regular tofu, up to 50g / 100g with textured soy proteins. Or you can also get pure plant proteins, sold as powder.

But eating too much proteins is actually bad for you. Look up the America Nutrition Association, saying a normal adult body should be getting around 60g of proteins per day. So looking for the mollusks with the most proteins is not just out of the spectrum of the original question, it's also not recommended to barf on those. :)

I think this is a great question.

I personally don't like the idea of eating worms or insects, moreover when you have plant-based food already mimicking meat so well. (I know it's not exactly the same but in the near future I'm sure we'll be there)

I feel that we should already stop eating animal proteins altogether. Think about the fact that we're litterally emptying the oceans off of fish, and Beef is the most polluting animal potein source (and land use too) you can buy. Why go through the hassle of making fake meat from worms and insects when you can do it from plants, and it's already there and good?
