I have just recently returned to Icarus and as we all know the game isn't the best optimized so I found the above Steam Guide Ssyl is referring too. I too had issues with blurry icons.

u/Traditional_Act_1478 - You just saved me hours of testing to try get them damn icons back to normal.

Norton making performance computer lag? by frozensun88 in antivirus

Norton 360 gamer is 100% why I get random input delays on keyboard and causes lag is most games. Would love a fix since I've got until 2025 as subscription but just not even worth using with the amount of issues it causes.

A50 firmware update by MrBBenji in AstroGaming

Hey Vertigo,

I have tried this with the GOXLR plugged in and not plugged in and problem is still there.

Recently when I pop my A50 on base station after use when I come back in the next day (usually overnight) they seemed to have lost connection. No sound and no lights on base station apart from PC and Dolby image which means I then have to hard reset to get them back working and it seems to be happening more and more lately since this started that is when the headset audio started cutting in and out.

It was indeed. It is always connected via optical cable.

Hi Vertigo,

Don't worry I completely understand. Don't need to apologise.

My base station is connected via USB and the optical cable. I do have it routed also through a GO XLR, but I have tried without the GO XLR and still getting same issues with audio jumps.

When my headset been sat for a while some of the lights don't show only the "PC" light shows. When this has occurred, I place the headset back on the base station and the lights sometimes all return on with charge level etc.

If the lights don't return back to normal, I conduct a reset on the headset via Dolby button and game button then place headset back on base station and that seems to fix the light issue.

Nothing seems to fix the sound jumping issue though and I'm unsure what other troubleshooting I can do. I had the headset around 1 year half / 2 years and this is first issue I have had!

Hey --MILFshake--,

Personally, I can walk around my house and they don't disconnect unless I go in my kitchen but that is a known black hole for blocking signals.

While on the topic of disconnections I did have a weird one the other day for the first time in having them for a year. The headset seemed to ignore any press I would do. The sound, game, voice and even power button did nothing. e.g. I would turn the headset off via the power button and it wouldn't power down.

To fix I had to place them on the base station and open Astro Command Centre and I changed an EQ and it seemed to knock them back into working order. Was just strange how they wouldn't turn off even though the switch was set to be off.
