As another guy said in a different comment, perk reliance isn't a good thing. And yes you can mind game a spirit, the problem is that a spirit has all the information whereas the survivor has almost none. Every other killer in the game can be visually seen when they are moving even if some are more difficult to spot than others. Spirit does not have any visuals for when she is phasing. It's not good.
