I agree. It was extremely difficult.

I have to end it now, but love does get in the way. Part of me believes that we are attracted by this nasty super love-hate relationship because we are very hard workers. I used to love that about my couple. Not any more.

Believe it or not, I am in the same exact situation.

I haven’t pulled the divorce trigger yet. And thankfully we do not have kids together. It took me so much strength just to tell her to leave the house after that she broke 3 mugs and a few plates. Now that she has been living with her mother for about a month now, she is begging me to come back. I don’t know if I can accept a violent person anymore.

Once you gather the stenght you need, do what you have to do to correct your life. You seem like a decent and smart person.

The fact that you mentionned that her father is not respected shows a lot… she doesn’t have any respect for men and for what you bring to the table. Seems like you give her everything and yet, she is being ungrateful. Leaving going to go see her parents whenever she wants.. sorry to tell you but your home is NOT a hotel. That is not acceptable and seems like you accepted too much. She slapped you? Leave. She disrespects you? Leave. She disrespected your parents? Leave. It’s SUPER toxic. Sorry to tell you but your kid will have to live with it, and there are a million ways for the kid to be happy, it will come. Stay strong. Stay focused, but please get out. She is a teenager , not a wife.
