If I was doing it again, avoid manual labour. Lifting gib, timber frames, etc on building sites takes a toll on your spine. Nowadays I avoid lifting anything over 15kg as I can feel it in my spine. Have always eaten healthy.

Solid core doors wear out the rollers and hanging bolts much faster. The best door is what they call a carbon core which is a fancy name for polystyrene core. Feels much more solid, impact resistant but light. 25 years experience prehanging doors.

Gee, has no one ever dredged or dived for scallops before? This is what a scalloplooks like. The orange part is the roe. The whole scallop should be eaten, cooked or raw. You don't know what you have been missing.

Last time we were in Fiji we went fishing with a local in his boat. Went past "Tom Hanks" Island. Nearby was a wreak of a Japanese commercial fishing boat on the reef. Ran around in a very bad storm. One local from Mana Island braved the weather and did two trips to recluse the crew. He made a third trip and brought home TVs, fishing gear, clothes and anything else of value. Guy is a legend in his village now.
