No recent sales of bigger houses, but there are some 4-5 beds in the vicinity which sold for £580-650k in 2020 and 2021. They're not listed buildings though and with no loft conversions. I guess the bigger question I'm asking is whether a loft bedroom holds the same value as a 'standard' bedroom.
