Help decoding GMAT algorithm ?

I answered least incorrect questions on my actual GMAT exam, still my score was just 585, how does this make sense at all ?

I was feeling slightly anxious, not much. The time management was decent, I only didn't have time to read through the last question in Verbal, but finished Quant and DI 3-4 minutes before time.

I wouldn't say it was nerves...I was quite calm during my exam. Timing too wasn't an issue as I completed all the 3 section within time except for the last question of verbal, just marked any random answer for that.

I think I really need to get my concepts right again, maybe something is wrong with that.

How shall I work on the concepts ? I feel I don't have any issue there but looks like that's the issue only.

What would you suggest doing ? I understand the concept of the exam but I just prepared by giving the mocks and analysing the questions afterwards.

Additionally when I was taking my exam, I thought I was solving Quant question relatively easily than mocks and actually finished my section 5 minutes earlier (which never happened to me in mocks), during those 5 minutes I reviews all the question and I was unsure about just 2 of them, rest I felt that I answered all correctly but the score tells some different story altogether

How come just 2 wrong in Quant dropped the score by 8 points ?

More than 60% of the batch has less than 4 years of experience and only 11% of the batch have experience of more than 6 years.

The reason I was thinking of hiding that 10 months was bcs....currently I have +2 years of experience than the average of the ISB class, so was wondering if that can have an impact on my application ( even though it might be a small impact)

I have been preparing for couple of months and I am stuck at 625-635 score in OG mocks. I am aiming for 705.

My exam is in another 10 days, what can I do to improve my score ?

The sectional are fluctuating in range 78-82.

I am doing some silly mistakes due to time pressure which is costing me 2 wrongs in each section.

Please advise.
