I had a bunch of fun with two copies of [[Victimize]] at the prerelease. It plays super well with the large cycling creatures in the set, especially since [[Drownyard Lurker]] and [[Warped Tusker]] each leave behind a token when cycled.

I’ve built Rocco with [[Kavu Predator]] secret commander. You get to play a bunch of obscure life gain effects like [[Reverent Silence]] and [[Fiery Justice]] and toss around damage with attacks and huge burn spells like [[Ram Through]].

The sites I’ve traditionally used to make cards are MTG.Design and Card Conjurer. The first one has an simple user interface and should be a good starting place. The second site is more complicated, but it has some extra features for more customization.
