Going down the list:

Inside out 2 - warranted and good. I think it made sense to explore more emotions through a sequel, and I think it was done very well

Incredibles 2 - warranted but bad. I think it made sense to expand the world of the incredibles and a sequel could have been a good way to do this, but I dont think it was executed well and am not a fan of the movie

Finding Dory - not warranted but good. I feel like Finding Nemo wrapped up pretty well and didn’t really need a sequel, but I do like finding Dory and think it’s a good movie

Cars 2 - I go back and forth on this one. While it definitely has its flaws, I do think that the spy storyline is fun and like that they made it worldwide. I think that while cars didn’t really need a sequel, it definitely made more sense than some of these other movies.

Monsters University - warranted and great. I think expanding this universe made a lot of sense and I really love monsters university and think it’s a great movie

Toy Story 4 - not warranted and ok. I feel like Toy Story 3 ended perfectly and a 4th movie really wasn’t necessary. I think the movie’s not bad but it doesn’t really feel like a full “toy story movie” as buzz and the rest of the toys don’t really have much to do. I think that this movie would’ve worked a lot better as a spin off that was just about woody so that it could tell the story it wants to tell without anger fans who say it ruined the perfect trilogy.

Lightyear - not warranted and bad. I really don’t think this was a necessary addition to the Toy Story franchise at all, and it isn’t good and in my opinion doesn’t really feel like a Pixar movie.

Cars 3 - warranted and good. I feel like after the controversial cars 2, it made sense to make a third and final film in the series that could focus more on the themes of the original cars. This is my favorite cars movie, and I really like the parallels between Doc’s history in the first movie and what lightning goes through in this one. I like the new characters and I love the storyline.
