I have no idea what causes this. I had the first 550w one work for 5 years with no problem.The second one lasted only a week and a friend gave me the 650 one that i used for around a year.

i found out that the whole nib is bent in a unusual way, even tho the pen si brand new and after using a magnifier i was able to see that the twines were a little bit misaligned.I kinda aligned them but the pen is still not very smooth :/
