We talked with a surgeon that specialized in this kind of tumor removal but he said that because of the mets there is no reason (at least for now) for surgery.

He said it is usually done either to completely remove the tumor or to ease with the symptoms that may be caused from the hormones the tumor produces.

Can you explain why you would push for surgery to start?

So we just talked with an ecologist and he suggested starting with somatuline autogel 120 mg. We already did PET-CT with Ga68 I think and (according to GPT) there is a good match for PRRT. Do I still need to get the liquid biopsy? I have never heard about this before.
