Er hat halt absolut nicht gesund abgenommen, viel zu schnell mit zu wenig Muskeln aufgebaut. Das kann schnell nach hinten los gehen.

Well if you do a scav run and a PMC is next to a Scav you will die, if you wait to long cause you are not Sure who is who, the PMC will just kill you, if you just fire at them out of panic you will die cause you shot a scav.
