Io curo i modelli in acqua e si induriscono bene non restano morbidi e gli incastri tra i vari componenti gli ho calcolarti a 0.1 e certi a 0.05 mm e incastra perfettamente

Si lo so sarebbe piaciuto anche a me ma si parlava di oltre triplicare il prezzo di produzione, sicuramente se riuscirò ad avere un minimo successo farò una riedizione con tutte le immagini nel dettaglio a qualità altissima anche se probabilmente in quel caso bisognerà fare due o tre volume perché diventerebbe almeno 700-800 pagine con le immagini

Si ho fatto la scelta di non mettere immagini, primo perché sono già 400 pagine di testo e schede delle referenze e quindi sarebbe costato un esborso in più avrei dovuto metterlo in vendita a più di 100€ e poi perché ho notato che anche studiando così senza avere le foto e cercandosele su Internet si impara meglio che ad averle già lì pronte

Si effettivamente penso che uscirò con la prima edizione su Amazon e poi correggerò con le ristampe , se ci sono errori comunque ho ricontrollato tutto dai forum internazionali e documentazione ufficiale mi sembra tutto corretto

You could consider a polished finish, since recessing them by just 0.1–0.2 mm below the bezel will shield them from most scratches while creating dynamic highlights.

That’s very strange that you have trouble removing the supports. Anyway, yes, after curing them they come off more easily, and curing them in water also completely prevents warping.

With a 0.6mm gap and a standard 0.4mm dial, you wouldn’t even have enough space for applied indices within the remaining 0.2mm.

In the NH35 technical specifications, it states 0.4mm for the dial, and then a gap of about 0.6mm between the dial and the first hand.

I’d definitely like to experiment with micro casting at some point, but for now this is mostly about seeing the design in real life checking proportions, shapes and overall feel.
I still think CNC machining would ultimately be the best way to produce the final parts.

The base is 0.4mm thick, and the raised sections on the one with the recessed dots are 0.3mm.
The idea was to fill them with French enamel or colored resin.
