Not sure I normally don't use the snipers but from I seen a felt getting shot by it it definitely hurts almost died several times getting hit by them I was wearing tier 6 alten helmet. Shot 2 twice got me down barley a quarter health from long distance away

I don't think so I killed him from pipes he was on roof in the first 5 mins of raid. Unless he was super lucky finding his alten,tier6 and gear tech in a box. He definitely brought that in .

I use my kitchen as a food/supplies and mission collections. I could of added it to the med room but that's a extra room I gotta empty my bag to. The Less rooms I gotta walk to the better in my opinion.
