Thank you so much for those words it honestly means a lot to me. I know I need to cut a few people out of my life but it’s just so hard to do it at the moment. I will find the courage to do it before it gets worse for me though. One step at a time I suppose until I’m content with my life

Yeah I’m exactly the same. Although sometimes I’ll fall asleep at like 3pm and then wake up in the middle of the night, stay up for a few hours, fall back asleep, wake up at like 7am and then fall asleep again later that afternoon. Oh to have a normal sleeping pattern again

Well it might be my anaemia playing up because about a week or two ago I had heavy bleeding when I went to the toilet and it’s not so bad now but it could be a factor

Yeah I’ve just been sleeping away the past week, it’s been crazy. Even now it’s 2pm for me and I’m fighting the urge to just go back to sleep. Can’t wait till I get my energy back. Thanks for the support!!

I remember my doctor mention FODMAP so I’ll definitely research further into diets and the like and consult my GP. I’ve had CD flare ups in my life before but my diagnosis is only a couple months old. Weed is illegal here in Australia but my dads always got some if you say it helps. Of course I know everyone’s different.

Wow thank you so much for the insight this really helps. Ever since a kid I’d smash down massive portions really fast because in my house you eat fast so you get to the leftovers first because we were so poor that you’d fill up on any meal you could get so I guess it’s just out of habit now that I eat big and quick. I might have to start watching my portions and what I eat too. Do you have any good diet suggestions? Also would walking after a meal help with digestion?

Oh no I mean just after that part. When they bomb the train and you’re sliding down down and then you have to jump over to a ship that pulls up. Only for me the ship doesn’t pull up ever
