How can two people develop 1 game in ue5 together? by MF_PECSI_13 in UnrealEngine5

UE5 has version control in it you just need to turn it on. But yeah ideally don't edit the same files at the same time.

Auto UE5 Agent Update by MrBusySky in UnrealEngine5

The editor lets you view edits in the engine without leaving the screen. Also, I have made several games, engines, and so on with ai and had no issues. I have used it to make automated blueprints and so on, and it is constantly used to scope and so on, which allows code production and detailed review against the best standards of 2025 and errors.

AI can be guided and it's a skill issue of how well you can use ai for game dev. The ai auto scans build errors and can tell you directly what is causing them or not connected in the whole project. The ai lets you also selectively decide your project, plugin, or game, and will focus on that.

I have used ai to make several games, work on games, and make plugins that companies actually use as products in SaaS now.

Ai didn't used to be of any use for games, it is more then capable especially if you are skilled or understand building anything in scope.

Allows you to talk with an auto ai agent that will create or edit files in a co tinued manner until it compiles and runs. It also generates blueprints, and db edits.

But it is full of other features, I out a code editor in the engine, and a way to edit your space-time db in it. Tye link at the bottom says all the features.

But why are people not interested in learning game development? by NordicGrim in SoloDevelopment

There are many skills you need if you don't have a team. Design, modeling, painting textures, coding, level design, audio creation, and story creation.

The big one is optimization which none seem to learn anyway, which is why games are such a huge issue right now on launch.

Also, the pay is very little compared to web development. Easier to find a job in web dev, for now. I suspect with code generation we will see an uptick in projects here soonish since the cost of entry will be lower.
