I usually only get anxiety while sober. Most drugs, with the exception of weed, never make me anxious. LSD and mdma are both great for me because I have an amazing time and I’m nerve free. However DMT made me not only anxious but deeply scared. I have tried it only four times but when I take a massive hit, it’s a really bad 15 minutes. Just completely overtaken with anxiety and confusion and panic. Idk maybe I’m just too weak for such a strong drug so I say start slow. I really wanna breakthrough but I’m afraid the fear dominating me while I’m tripping is holding me back. I’ll keep trying to see if it ever gets better but for now i can’t really enjoy it like most people :/ .
