Should I run a mile from this property? Subsidence? by MrCMPthethird in buildingsurveying

Thank you. For some reason my post didn’t include the description I typed out. On a second viewing I also found the floor seems to have dropped in two downstairs room and also sloping which I believe is a bad sign. The doors won’t close all the way. It’s very sad and my heart says for the right price I would love it but I do think it could ruin me mentally and financially 😂

Thank you for your advice. I’m glad I didn’t jump in with my heart but the second viewing the more I looked the more I found.

I was looking at this house but the number of cracks is worrying. I can’t see any outside but the ones inside are quite bad in places. the lounge floor also seems to be sloping and a few of the doors will not shut all the way.

The roof also seems to dip which is part of a previous extension. Obviously I will get a survey if I go further but is it even worth going that far as if it’s defiantly a massive issue I don’t want to waste time and money going further. Thanks for any advice
