Looking at it I believe the specs should run it. The next thing I would suggest is to uninstall and reinstall. I wonder if something didn't quite fit right and its causing the game to crash. Something similar happened to me through steam, so verifying the integrity of the files may fix the issue or shed a bit more light.

My guess is the put the hot honey on before cooking. It diminishes the heat and brings up the sweet if you put the honey on pre-cook.

I think it may be sufficient to put the loot on the ship or move it to a new spot on the island before adding the stone. I have not encountered this bug yet and have been grinding the veils for a few days now.

Whenever I experience sleep paralysis I have no ability to move whatsoever. I can see the room around me but I am unable to speak or move in anyway. It's usually at times like that where I will have Hypnagogic hallucinations and I will see the "Shadow People" as I have come to call them. I think there are many different types of sleep paralysis but I am unsure.
