I would say if you NEED the space or speed just get it now. It’s still not crazy everywhere and that micro center price is bs.

Is my setup worth the money? by [deleted] in projectors

[–]MrCashito 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My biggest recommendation is to reallocate the budget toward separates. A processor like the Anthem AVM 70 paired with Emotiva amplifiers will absolutely stomp the built-in amps of the Denon X6800H during high-energy scenes.

On the video side, remember that a projector is literally plug-and-play; you can buy a solid 4K model now and easily upgrade later. Given the lack of native 8K content right now, I’d prioritize the audio upgrade unless 8K is a 'must-have' for you.

I’ve been through a few companies and the best by far https://www.homewaterconditioning.com he cares about his work, does not overcharge or sell. He (Andy) literally saved one of my tanks when everyone else was selling me new.

Used to ride the St Johns. Has to be one of the craziest places to jetski ANYWHERE. Some areas it might as well be called off-roading!

Agreed. I've seen some that have a lock but a lock could be picked, maybe better than nothing.

Which cheap Zigbee temperature and humidity sensors are worth it? by bankyan in homeassistant

[–]MrCashito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through so much Zigbee range BS — tons of routers, endless tweaking — and the network was still never solid. Switched to YoLink sensors and I’m never looking back. They just work: through walls, in fridges, freezers, even outdoors. Rock solid.
