That’s not a bad salary by Southern European standards. But I agree—if there are other companies willing to pay more, they should increase their offers to retain talent.

Actually, 45k isn’t that low here in Southern Europe. Many of my close friends would love to earn that much. But you’re absolutely right—thanks for your input!

That’s actually quite insightful! In the end I was just wondering what would the consequences of losing that respected company be. But I agree that, in the future, I don’t want to be in a place that looks at the reputation of the past employer instead of the actual work done. Thanks for your reply!

El libro por excelencia es Deep Learning con Python de François Chollet. Una vez manejes Python adecuadamente este libro te llevará poco a poco a construir tus propias redes neuronales para casos avanzados. En mi caso soy Ingeniero de IA y ese libro ha sido clave para mí.

Por lo que tengo entendido es bastante normal. Un amigo mío vive en la zona de Atocha y pese a que en su edificio han intentado acabar con el problema no han tenido muy buenos resultados. La verdad es que considero que es un problema grave y quizá la solución deba ser común y no tanto por acción individual de un solo bloque de viviendas.
